Cancellation (Initaited by KidsFanBase) can happen due to following reason:

• Wet fields. Field providers generally close fields if they’re too wet.

• Heavy Rain

• Temperaure above 95 degree

• Air Quality Index is over 100

• Unforseen circumstances such as COVID or other

In the Event of cancellation:

• You can choose to take prorated credit, refund or they can do STEM program in the morning as replacement

Cancellation Policy  (When Cancelled by Players/Parents):  

• Cancelled when less than 7 days from start date: No Refund

• Cancelled 7 days to 14 days from start date : 50% of the total fees are refunded

• Cancelled more than 14 days before the start date: 75% of total fees are refunded​
